Q) How do I make a purchase?

 

A) Once you have found an item, simply select your preferred metal type and size and add to your shopping bag. You can either continue shopping or review your item (s) before clicking the CHECKOUT button to complete your purchase.

 

Q) Can I pay by credit/debit card?

 

A) Yes, it is easy to pay using any card through Paypal. There is no need to have a registered Paypal account to order online from CIRO. Although our website re-directs our customers to PayPal during the Checkout process you can in fact pay with PayPal Guest Checkout and manually enter your card details. It is not essential that you enter a username or password for PayPal. Instead you can click on a button below which says "Pay by Debit or Credit Card". 

 

Q) Do you offer worldwide shipping?

 

A) Yes. Delivery to overseas addresses will be by the most cost-effective secure method available. Please allow 10 working days to receive international orders. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Q) Can my item be shipped to a different address?

 

A) Yes. Once you have entered your billing address details you will be able to complete a separate 'Delivery' section. The addresses do not need to be the same.

 

Q) Are there any addresses you will not deliver to?

 

A) We will not ship to P.O Box addresses

 

Q) How long will my order take?

 

A) We aim to dispatch items within two working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Q) Will my order require a signature on delivery?

 

A) Yes. Due to the value of our items, every item is insured and will require a signature on arrival. Anyone at the specified address can sign for the parcel.

 

Q) What is your refund and exchange policy?

 

A) You have 14 days from receipt of goods to return item(s) for an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) and providing the item is unworn.

 

Q) How will I know when you have received my returned item?

 

A) We will email you when we receive your returned item safely, and inform you of how the matter is being dealt with. Please always ensure you obtain a proof of postage from the courier when returning goods to us.

Q) Are your stones diamonds?

 

A) No. All our stones are either cubic zirconia or, as in the case of costume or fashion jewellery, crystals. This will be clearly stated in each product description.

 

Q) What is cubic zirconia?

 

A) cubic zirconia or CZ is a hard, synthesized material. Optically flawless and typically colourless, it can be made in a variety of colour and has been an important competitor to diamonds since 1976.

 

Q) I have a nickel allergy, is CIRO jewellery safe?

 

A) Yes, all our jewellery ranges are nickel-safe.

 

Q) What is 18 carat gold?

 

A) Carat is an old imperial way of measuring the amount of gold used in an item. 24 carat is equal to 100% gold content, therefore 18 carat is equivalent to 75%. Our items are 18 carat yellow gold plated over sterling silver.

Q) Do you offer a repair service?

 

A) Yes, we offer a full repair service including ring re-sizing and on ocassion pearl restringing also. Please email us at info@cirojewellery.com for more information and pricing.

Please note that we do not have our own in-house jeweller. Ciro makes no money from acting as the "middle man" during the external repair and modification process.
