Delivery Times
CIRO aims to dispatch orders within 2 working days unless there is any doubt about a delivery address, or an item is out of stock. We will contact you should that be the case.
Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your delivery within the UK and 10 working days for international orders. Delivery will be arranged to the address you specify on ordering. All orders require a full valid postcode.
Delivery Rates
We have two UK delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with signature): £9.00

Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm*): £11.00
*Saturday delivery not always guaranteed
Standard trackable delivery to Europe: £15.00
Standard trackable delivery to Rest of the World: £20.00

All orders are shipped from the UK. They may be subject to customs and VAT charges depending on the country to which they are shipped. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Any delay at customs in the receiving country is outside of our control.
